Alban Festival and Procession

Saturday 21 June 2025

We’re heading to the Alban Festival for the Procession through the town and then the Holy Communion Service. We have a minibus booked, see Deborah to book your seat.

Afternoon Cream Tea

Sunday 22 June 2025 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm

Join us for an Afternoon Tea on Sunday 22 June from 2:30pm. We’ll have scones with jam and cream plus a range of other cakes.

There will be outside games and you can visit Oxhey Chapel.

All are welcome.

Holy Communion with guest preacher Rev’d Liz Chilton-Guest

Sunday 6 July at 10am

As part of celebrating 25 years of the ‘new’ church building, we will be joined by one of our former curates, Rev’d Liz Chilton-Guest. Following the morning service we’ll have a Bring and Share Lunch.

Parish Council Fun Day

Saturday 12 July, from 9.30am

We’ll be joining with other churches in the area to have a stall with fliers and activities at the Parish Council Fun Day. If you can sign up for an hour to assist, it would be really helpful.

Table Top Sale

Saturday 19 July 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30pm

Our Table Top Sales raise funds for our Missions.

Admission is free and there will be plenty of items for sale to suit everyone including gifts, cards, plants, toys, books, DVDs etc. Start your Christmas shopping with us.

Summer BBQ

Saturday 26 July at 5pm

All welcome for our Summer BBQ!

Bring some friends. Bring something to throw on the BBQ, some salad and drinks. We’ll supply the bread and sauces!

Study Groups – I believe Exploring the Nicene Creed

1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 11am in Church

1st and 3rd Friday of the month at 8pm – house group (ask for venue details)

This year marks 1700 years since the Council in Nicaea at which the Creed said in all churches was agreed. Our two Study Groups will be exploring the creed using a specially published booklet – available priced £3.13.
